Clinical Laboratory Services Occupational
We own clinical laboratory. On the same day, the employee being evaluated, blood samples may be taken (and other) required for preventive medical evaluations under Article 27 of the Partial Regulations LOPCYMAT, without having to travel to another facility. For this, the only requirement is that you are fasting for eight hours (parameters of the World Health Organization), between 7:30 am and 10:00 am, drinking only water and can be ingested, if so the case, the respective drugs.
If days at home, provide the service under the same conditions as above.
Laboratory profiles must be performed according to the evaluation of jobs, which is the duty of the Department of Safety and Health at Work of each company.
Requirements prohibited under the Draft Technical Standard for Safety & Health at Work Proper
It is prohibited to apply the following parameters according to section 35 of this rule:
- HIV test.
- Pregnancy test.
- Routine use of magnetic resonance imaging should only be used when the medical criteria so justifies
Medical report in the Draft Technical Standard for Safety & Health at Work Proper
- Under Article 36 of the draft technical standard, must be delivered to the employee the original and two copies must be made, one must stay in the Department of Safety and Health at Work and the other must reach hacérsele employer.
- As above, the employee is entitled to a copy of the lab results.
